Once we agree on your monthly content needs and finalize a shooting schedule, our team creates a customized shot list tailored to your brand. This includes a mix of evergreen assets and trending photo/video concepts designed to keep your content fresh and engaging. From there, we handle the shoot, capturing the essence of your business exactly as planned. Right after, our editors get to work—delivering polished content quickly so you can start posting without delay.
How do I receive files?
We deliver all final content through a secure Google Drive link, sent directly to your email. If you prefer a different platform for file sharing, we’re happy to accommodate whatever works best for you.
What is the standard turnaround time from shoot to delivery?
Our standard turnaround is typically 3–5 business days after the shoot. That said, we always work with your schedule and can adjust timelines to meet your specific needs.
What if I need a reshoot?
If something unexpected comes up during the shoot or you’re not satisfied with the deliverables, we offer reshoots to ensure the final content meets your expectations.
